The Huron Parks & Recreation Department manages and maintains the city's park areas . Picnic shelters at Memorial, Ravine, and Riverside Parks are available for family reunions and other events. The island at Ravine Lake has a gazebo and is available for weddings and special occasions.
The Ravine Lake Triathalon is an annual event perfect for both the casual athlete and the seasoned racer. If you are more experienced, the Sprint triathlon is a flat and fast course that will allow you to really see how fast you can go. Or, if you're just beginning, the EnTri course is perfect for you.

Organized, funded, and staffed by volunteer parents, the Huron Junior Football Program was launched by Huron Junior Athletics to offer opportunities for youth in grades 3 to 6 to learn about football, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
